AI Book2Audio (“the Service”), operated by AI Content Studio, provides AI-powered audiobook production. You upload a manuscript, and we generate narrated audio using AI text-to-speech technology.
You retain all rights to your manuscript and the generated audiobook. We do not claim ownership of your content. We may temporarily store your manuscript for processing purposes only. We do not use your content to train AI models.
The audiobook narration is generated by AI voice synthesis. While we strive for professional quality, AI output may contain occasional mispronunciations, pacing inconsistencies, or artifacts. You are responsible for reviewing the output before publishing or distributing it.
All payments are processed through Stripe. Prices are listed on our pricing page and are per-book. If the service fails to generate your audiobook due to a technical error on our end, you are entitled to a full refund or a re-generation at no additional cost. Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.
You may not upload content that infringes on others' intellectual property, contains illegal material, or is designed to produce harmful or deceptive content. We reserve the right to refuse service.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranty. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service that caused the claim.
